There is a very good tip to losing weight, eat the same amount of calories you are doing now but instead of have them in 3 meals have it in 5, if you also reduce the quantities of calories you’ll see better results, oh! and remember to drink too much watter.

I’ve read in a book that the most important thing you have to do if you want to lose weight is to acelerate your methabolism, a good way to do itis to have 5 small meals instead of just 3.

Also remember to? drink much water, that will clean your whole system. and never skip breakfast!!!!!
@l544jkl I can’t agree with you! The best way to lose weight is to do 5 or 6 small meals a day besides there are many to enjoy all foods and lose weight at the same time in a totally healthy way, a doctor told me that!

a good tip, avoid bananas, this fruit is like eating just sugar! it won’t help you to lose weight, also reduce the amount of calories you ingest and increase the amount of meals, what I mean is instead of have just 3 meals have 5 small meals, do at least 30 min of exercise, at lest walk!
