    I downloaded this book because I was looking for a guide to help me form and maintain habits to maintain my weight and for this reason the title really attracted me.
    This book really delivers on it’s title the habits are easy to learn and develope.
    This book is short but very well written and I was most impressed with the amount if useful information crammed into such a short book.
    Why the 4 stars?
    Because this book is not available as a print book. This information of this book is useful enough to justify a small print version and I believe this book would be not beneficial to EVERY reader as a paper back

    Very good book to read. I am always looking for new ways to improve my health and shed the few pounds that are lingering on my body. I’m very surprised to find out that to lose weight, you don’t have to do anything great, it’s the small changes that really count in the long run. Which does make sense to me, its about being committed and keeping it consistent (which I have trouble doing by the way). After reading this book, I am now motivated to improve my health more then ever. I encourage anyone who reads this, do the same! Take your health to a new level. Highly recommend!
