    It’s my first week trying this, I did all the same things apart from I
    joined the schools badminton team, which i do practice after school on a
    Monday. I also joined the netball team, and practice is on a Thursday ?

    I just want to say to anybody reading this, you can do it. You can lose
    weight if you really try and anybody can! Like Anna said, make this for
    yourself and nobody else, You’re your own person, and you’re beautiful no
    matter how thin, thick, tall, short! And one more tip, if you’re
    considering running/jogging, always find a way of listening to music.
    Create a playlist and run/jog until the end of your playlist! Happy weight
    loosing! :)?

    Thank you so much +Anna Saccone! This has helped so much. I am in the
    process of loosing weight, especially for the new year as it’s my
    resolution, but I found this really helpful. Just out of mind, would it
    still count if instead of swimming twice a week, I ran twice a week (or
    more)? Thank you :)?

    I know some people find it hard to stop eating sweets chocolate eg and if
    you really can’t cut that out of your diet as much try just cutting out
    sweets first as chocolate is healthier ?
