    I’ve been working for almost 3 months consistently now. I have a scale that
    give a percent body fat reading, which I know isn’t perfect but I can live
    with it. According to the scale I have gone from about 21.5 down to 20.3 in
    just over a month. As your fat % decreases, I assume it is harder to burn
    off. It is July now, do think ,with proper nutrition and exercise, that it
    is possible to drop to 18 or 19 by end of September??

    Happy New Year to u 2. I have been watching your bodybuilding videos from
    past 5 months.I am seeing great results but I am tripping on fat loss goal.
    I am 25 and weigh 163 pounds, I am working out 5-6 days a weeks almost
    everyday. My chest, back and upper body, legs are well developed, I have
    some belly fat and love handles which doesn’t feel like shedding off from
    the body (I never did ab wk). I checked BMR and it comes to 2500 calories,
    I eat very less 2500 calories, Please help me on this.

    and I’m stuck at about 66-67 Kg. Why I don’t lose weight anymore? Also
    phisically I don’t see any changes on my body (especcially belly and
    chest), seems like my body stopped burning fat after six months. I keep
    working out but nothing changed for about 3 months. What I can do?

    How could you eat less, yet build muscle? I suggest you burn fat first,
    then start building your muscle, and avoid junk food at all time:)
